Lab tools

Small browser tools I use with my private git repositories, which hold the data for my home molecular biology experiments. They read their data from a local folder on the machine you open them on, or — with a read-only token you supply — straight from the private repository. Either way there is no data here, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. Without access to those repositories they won't be much use to anyone but me; they live at a public URL only so I can find them without remembering where I put them.

Data

The MolBioLab CSVs, in sortable and filterable tables. Inventory is what the lab physically has — samples, pathogens, species, cDNA tubes, primer designs and reagents, plus per-person sampling coverage. Results is what the assays said — every qPCR well, gathered into runs and coloured by what the assay targets, every sequencing library and how it went, and roll-ups per assay and per sample. Each names things defined in the other, and they link across. Watches the folder, so edits to a CSV show up on their own.
